DESCRIPTION
ELCO 466-1E is a concentrated burning catalyst and corrosion inhibitor collected from multi-type oil soluble compounds, during the medium, low speed diesel engine burning with heavy oil operating process, it promotes burning, lessens deposit, lessens Hi-Low Temp corrosion having very good effect .
Corrosion inhibitor of ELCO 466-1E reacts with vanadium, sodium, sulfur etc , in burning process, changes it¨s structure, evidently preventing Hi-Low Temp.corrosion . It¨s principal is :
1. Increases melting point of vanadium, let it not adhere on metal surface thus the Hi-temp.face layer is non corrosion .
2. It can change the hardness crystal of carbon dreg, let it become combustible so that reduce ash and easy to remove . sodium sodium sodium
3. Decreases the forming of vanadium pentoxide, stabilizes the liveliness of vanadium, let it can¨t become catalyst of changing from SO2 to SO3 , to lessen greatly the forming of SO3 to H2SO4 .
4. The alkaline of itself can neutralize the acidity of heavy oil .

ADDITIVES APPLYING RATIO
ELCO 466-1E adding quantity is differ from and depended on various user condition and heavy oil quality , Commonly recommends applying quantity for 1 / 2000 .
